After they lost their championship game, Jay got all sentimental and asked me to take some pictures of him before he had to turn in his uniform. He got all dressed up from head to toe in his uniform.

We don't even have to wonder anymore. Jay is definitely taller than Will. Even without his cleats on.
Football's over...now it's time for basketball --- almost my least favorite sport to watch, wrestling is at the very bottom, almost sub-bottom of the list. Jay tried out for the freshman basketball team and made it (yahoo!!!!), much to the relief of his grandpa Strong who called him at very late hours to give him tips and pointers and to remind him to be enthusiastic and to give it everything he had.
The enthusiastic part comes very naturally for Jay, and he did give it everything he had!
We're so proud of you, Jay!
